OUR PLANNED FAIR ROTATION POLICY
Who is eligible for an enquiry?
Only approved members with paid access, matching service area and event type, the required language, available event dates and spare capacity.
How is the next planner chosen?
The eligible planner waiting longest since their last offer receives the enquiry. Each offer moves that planner to the back of the queue, even when they decline. New and returning members join at the back. Equal positions use a stable ID as a tie-breaker.
What happens after 24 hours?
An unaccepted offer expires and moves to the next eligible planner who has not already received that enquiry. If nobody is available, the enquiry waits for operator assistance. Acceptance and expiry must be checked together so an enquiry cannot be accepted twice.
Does an accepted enquiry mean a confirmed booking?
No. Acceptance starts the client conversation. A booking is recorded separately once the client and planner agree their scope, contract and payment terms. Clients can decline a match or request a new one.
